How to permanently delete your Essara account
Essara lets you delete your account from inside the Android app and remove the same shared account from the web and PWA at the same time. This page is the public deletion resource linked for Google Play users.
Delete from the Android app
- Open Essara and sign in to the account you want to remove.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account permanently.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
What gets deleted
- Your Essara account profile
- Transactions, subscriptions, and investments
- Referral codes and referral relationships tied to your account
- Synced access across Android, the website, and the PWA
What may be retained briefly
We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security investigations, tax, accounting, chargeback handling, or other legal obligations. If retention applies, the remaining data is kept only for the period required for that purpose.
