You are responsible for activity under your account unless unauthorized use is caused by our breach of security.

You must use Essara in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Essara is provided for lawful personal or business finance management purposes.

You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Essara systems.

You agree not to upload malicious code, abusive content, or data you do not have rights to process.

Essara may offer free and paid tiers. Paid features, if enabled, are billed according to pricing shown in-product.

Prices, features, and limits may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice for material pricing changes.

Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or access restrictions for paid features.

Google Play subscriptions, if applicable, are also governed by Google Play billing terms, renewal rules, and refund policies.

Essara, including design, branding, software, and documentation, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to your content and data. You grant Essara a limited license to process that data to provide and improve the service.

You may stop using Essara at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, unlawful activity, security risks, or abuse of platform resources.

Where feasible, we provide notice and remediation steps before termination.

Essara provides tools and insights for financial organization and decision support, not legal, tax, investment, or fiduciary advice.

Service availability may vary and can be interrupted by maintenance, incidents, or third-party outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts paid by you to Essara in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
